Improving Memory Power -General Tips

You can practice yoga and meditation to make you stress free,fit and in turn it improves memory power

Please have a deep sleep always in night.Then only mind wil be fresh.

Try to Play and participate games Tennis or batmitten or basket ball or any type of outdoor games.it makes the mind and body fresh and improve good memory power too

Read the answers many times to make your full concentration on studies.

Record the answers by your own voice in walkman and listen it many times it too help to improve the memory.

If you have time means write it and correct your mistkes.

Dont force yourself in studies.Hence relax yourself by a cool walk and again start to study.

Reduce watching the Tv during exam times and pay full attention on studies.Dont allow for distraction and dont avoid watching Tv completely.


You can watch tv like news,hear songs for relaxing.But not many times a day to spend in tv
